Something a little different this time! I am a breakfast lover and a granola addict. I have granola and yogurt nearly every single day, whether that be breakfast, a snack or dessert… So I thought why not share this recipe! Granola only takes about half an hour to make, and is so much better than the stuff from the supermarket. Not only that, but you can customise it to your personal preference. For me I hate dried fruit in my granola, so I always make mine fruit free! If you love your fruit feel free to add it in, or just work with whatever is in your pantry, it really is that versatile. I love a spiced granola and I think the combination of cinnamon and nut butter as a granola is amazing 😀

Recently I’ve been staying at home way too much, as have most of you I assume. To fill my time I have been testing recipes and baking more than ever, but I’ve also been working on my food photography! If you haven’t noticed I’ve been taking a lot more photos and trying out a few new styles. I’ve always wanted to take stunning photos, but never invested time into it. Since I have time now I thought I should really grasp the opportunity and up my photography game. I hope I can create even better photos of my creations to share with you all!

Anyway, if you guys are looking for a DIY project give this granola a go. If you do make it make sure to tag me on instagram @catherine.justdessertsau and hashtag #cattycakes, I can’t wait to see it!
