After over half a year of planning, testing, editing and baking thousands of macarons I’m finally releasing my first e-book! There were so many potential ideas, and during the initial stages of planning I debated between things like asian inspired recipes, chiffon cakes, cookies… But it wasn’t until after I posted my french macaron recipe, that I knew exactly what I wanted to write about.

After years of trial and error I’ve built up a solid base of tips and tricks to create the perfect macaron, and I’ve included ALL of them in my ebook!
I remember when I first started out baking macarons I was overwhelmed by all the information out there. Age your egg whites on a counter for 48 hours, sieve your almond meal and icing sugar 4 times, fold your batter exactly 54 times…
There was just too much to take into account and I didn’t know what was important and what wasn’t. So I decided to streamline the whole process and give you a step by step on creating French and Italian macarons. You just have to trust the process! All the tips on what needs extra care and what is a complete waste of your time, what ingredients will give you the perfect shell, and the essential equipment needed to master your technique. It’s all in there! I hope this book saves you years of trying to find the perfect recipe and helps you achieve macaron success.
As for the flavours I compiled 6 of my favourite flavours, some easy and some a little more difficult, to add a unique touch to your collection of macaron flavours.
