Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 box Banana or Vanilla pudding mix (3.4oz)
  • 1/2 can condensed milk (7oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk, cold
  • 600 ml/ 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, condensed milk, and cold whole milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture in two additions. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  4. In a serving dish, create a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of the pudding mixture over the wafers, spreading evenly.
  6. Place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  7. Repeat the layers of wafers, pudding, and bananas until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  8. Decorate the top with a few wafers or banana slices for presentation.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight, to let the flavors meld and soften the wafers.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy this classic dessert!
