Air Fryer Cookies

Baked chocolate chip cookies with golden texture and melted chocolate chips

Crisp on the edges, gooey in the middle—air fryer cookies for a quick delight!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 45g Unsalted butter (3 tbsp), melted
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 Large egg yolk
  • 50g All-purpose flour (1/3 cup)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar
  2. Add an egg yolk and whisk until smooth
  3. Add the flour and mix until combined
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix until just combined
  5. Preheat the airfryer to 160C/3290F
  6. Make line the bottom of your airfryer basket with a double layer of aluminum foil
  7. Shape your cookie dough into 2 balls and place it on a piece of parchment paper
  8. Place the cookie dough balls into the airfryer and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown
  9. Remove from the asirfryer and use a cookie cutter slightly larger than the cookie to shape it into a round shape
  10. Sprinkle with flaky salt, optional
  11. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying!
