Crunchy Cinnamon and Almond Granola

Crunchy, delicious cinnamon and almond granola perfect for breakfast or anytime of the day!



  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Almond, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup Pepitas
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir until the oats, almonds and pepitas are thoroughly coated
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown, tossing the granola at 10 minutes
  5. Cool and store in a airtight jar
