Ingredients

45g Ground whole oats (1/2 cup)
1 tsp Baking powder
1 Carrot, grated
1 Medium banana, mashed
70g Peanut butter (1/4 cup)
1 Large egg

Peanut butter Frosting

140g Plain greek yogurt (1/2 cup)
2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F/180C
Line 2 x 4-inch cake tins with baking paper
Combine the oat flour and baking powder in a large bowl, whisk to combine
Add the carrot, mashed banana, peanut butter and egg to the dry ingredients
Mix until just combined
Transfer the mixture to the lined cake tins and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean
Cool completely on a wire rack

Frosting

Combine with yogurt, peanut butter, and cornstarch in a bowl
Whisk until smooth
Spread the frosting between the two cake layers and over the top, decorate with dog treats if desired!
