- 1 cup Ice cream of your choice
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Toppings of your choice
- Put the ice cream in a large microwave-safe mug or divide it between two small microwaveable mugs
- Microwave the ice cream for 30 seconds or until just melted
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix until just combined (if making it in two small mugs used 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 tsp baking powder in each mug)
- Microwave the large mug for 2 minutes, and the smaller mugs for 90 seconds, or until cooked thrugh
- Remove from the microwave and top with your desired toppings
