Smooth and creamy matcha ice cream with just three ingredients and no ice-cream machine needed!

Ingredients

  • 600ml Heavy cream (2 1/2 cups)
  • 300ml Condensed milk (1 can, 14oz)
  • 3-4 tbsp Matcha powder, according to your taste preference

Instructions

  1. Put the heavy cream in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or in a large bowl and beat it with an electric mixer until it stands at medium-stiff peaks
  2. Add the condensed milk and whisk until completely incorporated
  3. Sift in 3-4 tablespoons of matcha powder (adjust according to your personal preference) and mix until smooth and combined
  4. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and place in the freezer to chill for 4-6 hours, or overnight
  5. When ready to serve let it sit out at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then scoop and enjoy!
