  • Chocolate truffles, optional for a lava centre

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into a fine powder and add it to a microwave-safe mug
  2. Add the milk and mix until smooth
  3. Add a chocolate truffle to the center and press it down, ensuring it is covered in batter
  4. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until just set
  5. Top with ice-cream and enjoy immediately!
