Indulge in a warm, single-serve banana bread that’s perfectly cozy and irresistibly moist!

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 All purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a medium-sized bowl until smooth
  2. Add the egg and mix until well combined
  3. Add the sugar, flour, baking soda, and oil, and mix until just combined
  4. Add the chocolate chips, as much as you desire, and fold
  5. Prepare a ramekin, mug, or small loaf pan
  6. Pour the batter into the mold
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 160C, or oven to 170C
  8. Air fry the banana bread for 15 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and air fry for another 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  9. Remove from the air fryer, cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
