Warm, rich and chocolatey brownie ready in less than 15 minutes with this easy single serve brownie recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 Large egg yolk
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and egg yolk in a small bowl, and whisk to combine
  2. Add the cocoa powder and flour and mix until just combined
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a small ramekin or mold and top with chocolate chips
  4. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F or the air fryer to 170C/338F
  5. Bake the brownie in the oven for 12 minutes, or in the air fryer for 10 minutes, or until set
  6. Remove from the heat and cool for 5 minutes before enjoying
